Refund and Returns Policy

At MYPCWORLD.NET INC, we strive to process orders quickly and provide excellent customer service. Please review our cancellation policy below.

1. Customer Order Cancellations

Customers may request to cancel an order before it has been processed or shipped.

• Orders canceled before shipment will receive a full refund to the original payment method.

• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must instead follow our Return & Refund Policy.

• We cannot guarantee cancellation requests once an order has entered the fulfillment process.

2. Seller (Trade-In) Cancellations

If you are selling or trading a device to us:

• You may cancel the transaction any time before accepting our final purchase offer.

• Once payment has been issued and ownership has transferred, the transaction is considered final unless otherwise required by law.

• If a device has already entered our testing, refurbishment, recycling, or resale process, cancellation may no longer be possible.

3. Order Cancellations by the Company

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order or transaction for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Payment authorization failure

• Pricing or listing errors

• Inventory shortages

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity

• Inability to verify customer information

• Product unavailability

• Violation of our Terms of Service

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds for canceled orders are typically processed within 3–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

Processing times may vary by bank or credit card issuer.

5. Special Orders

Products specially ordered, custom-configured, or reserved at a customer’s request may not be eligible for cancellation once the order has been placed or procurement has begun.
